The JH-GF1000A series dust concentration detector measures the electrostatic charge induction of dust particles passing through a fixed sensing component. Dust particles and sensing components induce static charges, which are amplified by the sensing components and transmitted to the monitoring and control system. The magnitude of electrostatic charge is directly proportional to the flow rate of dust particles. The detector unit converts the amount of charge into a concentration signal output, activates the warning for excessive dust emissions, and is used to continuously record the total amount or concentration of dust particles.
