Gas analyzers are mainly used for gas detection in enclosed environments such as pipelines and reaction vessels. They are determined based on the customer's on-site process conditions, operating parameters, and analysis components, with different configurations for different processes.
The gas analyzer mainly consists of a complete sampling and processing system and calibration system, including a water storage filter, a pneumatic vacuum diaphragm pump, a water blocking filter, a flow meter, a pressure regulating valve, a vortex condenser, and a gas detector. The components of the pretreatment system are made of corrosion-resistant materials, and the measured gas is sampled, condensed to remove water, oil, dust, pressurized or depressurized, and the constant flow and constant pressure sample gas is sent to the gas detector. The gas detector is the core part of this analysis system, which monitors the gas content inside the measured space in real time. When the gas content exceeds the standard, it automatically alarms, reminds, and controls.
